I currently teach and sub TRX Classes at the Warrenville Park District.
I combine TRX Suspension training with Stott Pilates principles to make sure that my students are doing the moves CORRECTLY! TRX is a great workout, but it is very important to perform the moves with a stable core to build the moves upon. TRX can be performed at all levels, which is what makes it great training program, it is very easy to start out and make the moves more challenging as you get stronger.
