Stott Pilates is based on the original principles by Joseph H. Pilates, but incorporates modern knowledge of the body to create the safest and most effective Pilates programming available. The American Council on Exercise highly recommends Stott Pilates training as an accredited fitness education provider. I firmly believe that the Stott method of Pilates is one of the best forms available, and learning how to properly perform the Stott Mat Pilates exercises will immensely improve your core strength, posture and back health.
