NO partners are required, all dancing is done solo, with a mix of the basics from the following dances incorporated into a great 1 hour low impact aerobic workout. We usually do 8-10 rhythms in each class and I explain when we are doing the American Bronze Ballroom Steps or modified fitness steps, so you can take the dance steps to the dance floor! In addtion, we do posture principle warmup exercises and post workout stretches to keep our backs healthy and strong.
I currently teach Ballroom Flow Monday's at 10:45 am at the Warrenville Park District.
